Pricing

Simple, transparent, no surprises

One clear fee. No listing charges for kitchens, no hidden costs for customers. Here’s exactly how money works on Zebento.

How the fee works

Zebento adds a small platform fee on top of the kitchen’s price for customers, and takes a small share from the kitchen’s payout. Both sides see the numbers before anything is confirmed.

What about delivery?

Delivery pricing depends on how you get your meal.

🥡

Takeaway

Always free — you pick it up from the kitchen.

🛵

Provider delivery

Free within a kitchen’s own zone, unless the kitchen sets a small fee (shown upfront).

📦

Cross‑area delivery

A distance‑based fee for Zebento’s delivery partners, pooled to keep it low. Always shown before you confirm.

Payouts for kitchens

Money is collected securely through the platform and settled to your registered account on a clear, predictable schedule. Every order shows its full breakdown — price, fee and payout — so there’s never a surprise.

Are there any hidden charges for kitchens?

No. There is no listing fee, no signup fee and no monthly charge. The only deduction is the transparent commission shown on every order.

How is the customer price calculated?

The kitchen sets its base price. Zebento adds a small platform fee on top for the customer. The exact amount is always visible before you pay.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy in the Customer Terms. Because Zebento collects payment, eligible refunds are processed by Zebento.

When do kitchens get paid?

Payouts are settled to your account on the schedule shown in the partner app, after successful order completion.

Straightforward for everyone

Whether you’re ordering or cooking, you always know the numbers.
